It is nice to see how American flag are displayed outside the house. But do you know what the American flag is made out of? Usually, cotton American flag are being manufactured. And cotton gives a very bright display of colors and the red and white stripes really stands out.

Before, cotton American flag is widely used but nowadays, because cotton seems to fade over time, they have thought of ways to improve it. They have made flags from the highest quality of materials and that will surely stand the test of time.

Still, today the cotton American flag is perfect for display inside the house which will surely preserve it longer. If this kind of flag is kept outdoors, there is a big chance that the colors will fade in on time especially when it is raining.

Also, exposure to sun gives a different effect to it. The bright colors will eventually change to a more softer one. It will require you to change over and over again when it looks old already. For sure you do not want to have a fading and torn American flag because this represents how you value your country and being a proud citizen.

So one way to take care of the cotton American flag is to keep it inside the house. Keep it clean from dust and cobwebs. If you wash it, do it properly and use mild soap so you would not wash away the color.

If in case, the cotton American flag is torn this can be easily fixed. By fixing it and taking good care of it, it is one of the simplest way of honoring your heritage. This also shows how you value your country.

If in case you want an American flag displayed outside your house then you should look for the ones that can withstand the changing weather. For instance, nylon American flag is excellent for outside display.

Wish every mother a very happy Mother's Day and enjoy this wonderful day with your beloved kids! That must be great fun!

For all daddies, you must also have an enjoyable Mother's Day with your most lovely wife as she gives you a lovely family, you are so lucky!

But why does Mother's Day seem to be treated more seriously than Father's Day? The reality is that daddies are also very hard-working and care about their kids, isn't it unfair for the fathers that Father's Day is treated less seriously? However, mothers are "more appreciated" with reasons!

In general, women love to celebrate festivals more than men, of course particularly for Mother's Day which is for mothers! Men are relatively less sensitive and care less about the celebrate Father's Day or not. Most fathers show less interest in celebrating Father's Day than mothers towards Mother's Day. You can try this out with your parents!

Some believe that is because usually mother accompanies us more than father, and thus we "love" mummy but "respect" daddy. Mothers are usually more caring than fathers. In many families, fathers are more serious and mothers are more lenient. So children tend to respect father and love mummy more!

For me, I believe the phenomenon exists as mothers have more roles to take than fathers. Generally, fathers take the role as a father, a husband, a son and an employee; mothers take the role as a mother, wife, a daughter, an employee and one more, a "maiden"!

Although we love our mummy, very often, may be because that mothers love us too, we just cannot ourselves from asking them to "serve" us. "Mummy can you get me a bowl of soup?", "Mummy can you..." And sometimes when we are in a bad mood, we will show bad attitude to mummy. How bad we are!

Although we also love daddy, we just don't exactly know why we treat Mother's Day more seriously. But of course, FAMILY is about Father And Mother I Love You, as said by one DJ. So, mummy and daddy let's enjoy Mother's Day and Father's Day together! I love you!
