It is the encouragement to dream the impossible that is the foundation of great ideas.

The imagination sparked because of fairy tales are where the new ideas originate such as the painter that dared to do a new technique; the kid with grand ideas that creates a brand new green method of transportation; the child that spent hours reading who grows up to influence a great majority of people to have goodwill towards his fellow man; the people that conceive the bright ideas that move a nation or a culture forward.

Both young and old should read fairy tales. For adults, long forgotten dreams can be restored with renewed energy and for children, the ability to imagine beyond the present reality is created.

Fairy tales are timeless, great to learn lessons and are especially key to helping young and old make dreams into reality.

Find out where the veterinary clinics are located close to where you are staying.

Vaccinations may be required when traveling abroad. Rabies is one that is required to and from the United States. You should take your pet to your vet prior to the trip. Find out what vaccinations are required and what diseases or problems may exist at your destination.

Plan your mode of transportation in advance. Buses and trains won't allow dogs on board. Airlines have various rules and restrictions so call in advance to avoid problems.

Avoid crowded times of the day and places that may make your pet nervous or skittish.

Even if your pet is naturally docile and calm, it may suddenly bolt for open windows or doors when confronted with new and unusual surroundings, people and smells. Using a leash is often best.

An identification tag is always a god idea, especially when your pet is in unfamiliar territory. You should always keep identification tags on your pet as well as a leash for your dog when it is outside. You may also want to bring along a current photo of your pet for identification purposes in case it gets lost.

Car rides are filled with potential hazards. Avoid leaving your pet unattended in the vehicle. It's easy for your pet to get heatstroke. Being one of the Masters Golf winners is quite an achievement and is one of the greatest honors an athlete can earn in the world of golf. The Masters is one of the four major championship tournaments and is held at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, GA; a private golf club.

The Masters is part of the PGA Tour, The Japan Golf Tour and the PGA European Tour. Also called the US Masters, this is an invitation only tournament, with the players who may participate being chosen by the Augusta National Golf Club, which has complete control over the event. There are fewer players in this tournament than in any of the other major tournaments, since only those invited by the club may participate. The first of the year\'s four major tournaments, the Masters is held in early April.

Masters golf winners are awarded a green jacket by tradition. This green jacket was frowned upon at first because of the color but is considered an honor to wear today. The jacket has been a tradition since 1949. The winner of the tournament that is given the green jacket is allowed to wear it for one year. After the year is complete they must return the jacket to the clubhouse of the Augusta National Golf Club for the next winner of the tournament. Today, the tradition is that the winner of the tournament returning the jacket will place it on the new winner of the tournament the following year.

Naturally, there is also a cash prize to be won; Masters Golf winners receive awards out of a total purse of $7.5 million. The champion of the tournament wins a gold medal and $1.35 million and the runner up receives a silver medal and a cash prize, while the lowest scoring player of the day goes home with a crystal vase. Any player who scores a double eagle or a hole in one is given a large crystal bowl; players who score an eagle receive a set of fine crystal goblets. A crystal bowl is also awarded to the winner of the par 3 event held the day before the tournament proper begins.

Some Masters golf winners have earned this honor several times in their careers; Jack Nicklaus is the undisputed all time champion in the Masters, with 6 championship wins between 1963 and 1986. Tiger Woods and Arnold Palmer are tied for second with four Masters wins. Gary Player of South Africa is the first player to be a winner of the Masters; he took the championship in 1961.

Masters golf winners are considered to be very fortunate and excellent athletes. They perform very well and the lowest score on the golf course at the Augusta Private Golf Course at the Masters Tournament as a part of the PGA tour. Athletes in this tournament are only allowed to attend by invitation only. Better known by the nickname A-Rod, New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez is one of the most famous players in baseball today. Rodriguez continued with the Mariners until becoming a free agent and playing with the Texas Rangers for a short time. In 2004, Rodriguez was signed by the New York Yankees, where he still plays today. He has continued to play at a level few others can match, winning the MVP titles in 2005 and 2007. He has been criticized by sportswriters and fans for sometimes failing to hold up under pressure, something which has not bothered him; says Rodriguez: "I could care less. I've done a lot of special things in this game, and for none of that to be considered clutch, it's an injustice." The Yankees apparently do not agree with this criticism, having signed him to a 10 year, $275 million contract. If Rodriguez breaks the home run record while on the team, he stands to make millions more.

A-Rod's personal life is also controversial; he has been seen with another woman and his marriage is reputed to be on the rocks. There have also been rumors that Rodriguez has had an affair with Madonna, something lent more credence by the singer's own troubled marriage to filmmaker Guy Ritchie.

Even before he was old enough to drive a car, it was obvious that Jack Nicklaus (also known as The Golden Bear) was destined to become a golf legend. At the age of 13, this son of a Columbus, Ohio pharmacist broke 70 while playing 18 holes.

He won the 1956 Ohio Open while only 16 and the US Amateur twice, in 1959 and 1961 - and in the 1960 open, he came in second only to Arnold Palmer. In the same year, Nicklaus was part of the team which won the Eisenhower Trophy, scoring a still-standing 269 four round score.

Nicklaus was playing on the pro circuit by 1962, when he won his first US Open. Defeating Arnold Palmer in this tournament made him a household name overnight. He would win the Masters twice in the 1960's even though it would be 1970 before he would win his next US Open. He took nine more major titles in the 1970s, breaking the 13 title record held by Bobby Jones. His last major tournament can in 1986, when he was 46; the oldest player to win this tournament.

In 1990, Nicklaus joined the PGA Senior tour. He would win 10 tournaments on the tour by 1996. Eight of these were major tournament wins, no less. His last appearance in a major tournament would be in 2005. Since then, he has stayed active in the golf world - designing courses, holding his own PGA tournament (the Memorial Tournament) and writing both autobiographies and instructional books - on how to play his way, of course.

Nicklaus, like Palmer came to fame with the advent of televised golf games. By 1962, he had won an unprecedented $60,000 as a pro golfer, becoming the third-highest paid player in the sport as well as winning the Rookie of the Year award. The following year was one of his best, winning bith the Maters and the PGA championships.

His records include one for lowest score in the last 36 holes (in the 1964 British Open) and his 1965 Masters winning tournament record of 271 (which stood until 1997 when until Tiger Woods hit 270).

Once asked about himself and his career during 1970, Nicklaus said, "I was playing good golf, but it really wasn't that big a deal to me one way or the other. And then my father passed away and I sort of realized he had certainly lived his life through my golf game. I really hadn't probably given him the best of that. So I sort of got myself back to work. So 1970 was an emotional one for me from that standpoint-it was a big boost." Perhaps this is true, as Jack became known as the "Record Setter," being the first golfer to win all four major tournaments twice in a career.

In 1974, Jack Nicklaus became one of the first inductees to the World Golf Hall of Fame which he followed up on the next year by winning his 5th Masters Tournament and 4th PGA championship, as well as being named Athlete of the Year by ABC's Wide World of Sports. It would be impossible for anyone but The Golden Bear himself, but Nicklaus took his 6th and final Masters Title in 1986. He still shares a record (with Tiger Woods) for having won all of the major championships three times). Nicklaus will always be a legend in the game for is amazing achievements and his work to support and popularize the game, something which he continues to do to this day. Jack Nicklaus may have retired, but it seems he's still an unstoppable force in the golf world.
